PEM Construction Inc started as a two-man roofing crew and grew by doing the work correctly. We still run the company the same way. The person who quotes your job is on site while it is built.
We keep our crews in house because that is the only way to control quality. Materials are ordered for the job, not pulled from leftovers. If we find rotten decking, we show you before we replace it.
Roofing is the core of the business, but we are a full construction company. Additions, dormers, siding, and interior remodels run through the same project management.
